  72. are DEM 40,- for a Node key and DEM 20,- for a Point key, DEM 10,- for disk
  73. shipping and DEM 10,- for cheque fees. A postal money order has to be issued
  74. in DEM anyway! As of April 1997 the exchange rate is about US$ 1 = DEM 1,60.

  76. Re-Issuing of a Key is necessary when the key file is lost (make a backup
  77. immediately after receiving the key!) or when the data inside has to be
  78. changed (e.g. when selling the license etc.). Changing the encoded net
  79. address is NOT necessary, it does not have any effects to the correct
  80. execution of FastEcho! It's just a cosmetic ...
